We received an email today that Financial Title Co, a subsidiary of Mercury Companies in Colorado, has closed it's door today. As we just heard the sad news today, I found it difficult to find an article. First American is what I am seeing is the one taking over all the escrows. We had an office nearby on Lava Ridge in Roseville. :-(
