New REO listing in Sacramento

We have been nothing but pleased entering into a working relationship with our bank to assist in selling a portion of the bank-owned inventory, down-side has been more driving. But regardless and enlightening and rewarding experience.

Steve has new insight into working with multiple contractors and workpersons to get a REO up for proper condition to sell. These REOs are mandated to be painted and cleaned by the bank. So you are usually pleased when enter one of our listings and/or any of our peers who assist this bank also in selling of their bank-owned (REO, REPO) inventory.

These have been selling quite fast, so the minute we post them they usually go pending within four days or so. 

We have also been experiencing an influx of new business and listings plus future ones. Our Pleasant Grove property is SO beautiful and has acreage and storage for vehicles. If you don't know anything about Pleasant Grove it is our neighbor directly to the West of us here in Roseville.
